 you will need ...

• Glue (2x 1$)

• A black Marker (1$)

  • Scissors (1$)

    • Circle Craft foam (24ct x 1$)

      • Glitter Glue (10ct x 1$)

        • Crafts sticks (100ct x 1$)

 It's very easy to make.
